What you buy

A fixed Bitcoin budget for SHA-256 spot mining work at the quoted price cap, plus the stated service charge. Hashrate is a speed limit and duration is an estimate. Availability can change or pause. This is not a guaranteed Bitcoin return, a guaranteed time slot, or ownership of mining equipment.

Payment and expiry

Pay the exact invoice total to the unique Bitcoin address within 20 minutes. Your wallet’s network fee is additional. Procurement begins only after the full payment has three confirmations. A payment arriving after expiry or below the total is held for review; it never silently purchases a different quote. Keep your order recovery code.

Cancellation

Request cancellation before supplier submission for a refund of confirmed funds, less an actual disclosed return network fee where legally permitted. Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled for convenience or because Bitcoin prices, mining difficulty, pool fees, or expected profitability change. A request does not promise that upstream delivery can be stopped.

Delivered work

Consumed mining work and the service fee attributable to that work are nonrefundable, except where required by law or where our failure caused the problem. Correct pool and worker settings are your responsibility. Work the supplier submits to an incorrectly configured or unavailable customer pool may still count as delivered. A pool’s failure to credit or reward work does not by itself make it refundable.

Unused funds and failed fulfillment

If we cannot place an order, the confirmed payment is refundable. If an order ends early, we reconcile its final supplier costs and proportionate service charge before determining the unused amount. Overpayments are refundable. We do not retain payment for services we fail to supply merely because the upstream supplier refuses us a refund.

Refund review

Submit the order number, reason, and your own Bitcoin refund address through My orders. We review requests within two business days; supplier accounting or transaction investigation can require more time. Approved refunds are paid in Bitcoin, based on satoshis paid rather than later dollar value. We bear return network fees for our own fulfillment failures; otherwise an actual disclosed network fee may be deducted where lawful. We do not promise exchange-rate gains or reverse losses.

Account security and discretionary reimbursement

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional and is not required to use any feature. If 2FA was not enabled when an account was compromised, you may be ineligible for discretionary refunds or reimbursement for losses caused by unauthorized account access. We review the circumstances and available evidence; enabling 2FA does not guarantee reimbursement. This does not reduce refunds otherwise owed under these delivery terms or applicable law, including refunds for our own failure to deliver. This provision applies to orders placed after accepting this policy version and is not applied retroactively.

Rights and contact

These draft terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights or excuse fraud, misrepresentation, or our own failure to provide the agreed service. Contact webmaster@vis.red. Legal and supplier review are required before live checkout opens.

Privacy

We store order specifications, payment addresses, transaction IDs, policy acceptance, and support/refund requests. A secure browser cookie identifies your order access; keep the recovery code private. Server logs record normal request information. See our privacy and cookie policy for account data and optional services. We send destination pool and worker information to the hashrate supplier for fulfillment. No wallet seed or private key is requested from customers.

Information we use

We store your provider’s account identifier and email or account label if you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in; your optional display name, time zone, sign-in sessions, encrypted authenticator setup secrets and hashed recovery codes if you enable optional 2FA, practice entries and virtual token ledger; order details, pool/worker settings, payment addresses, transaction identifiers, policy acceptance, and support requests when you use those features. Our hosting providers process standard request logs, including IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. Do not send us wallet seeds or private keys.

Cookies and browser storage

Required: hv_session is a secure, HTTP-only session cookie for customer access (up to 90 days) or operator access (up to 8 hours). hv_consent in local storage remembers your cookie choices for 180 days. Short-lived server records protect sign-in from replay. Microsoft sign-in uses a one-time authorization code and requests identity/profile and email only; we do not store Microsoft access or refresh tokens. Required storage supports features you request.

Optional analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies (configured for up to 180 days) to measure visits, pages, quote requests, sign-ins and fullscreen use. Google receives technical information such as IP address, browser/device details and a pseudonymous identifier. We do not include your email, wallet address, worker name, order ID or recovery code in our analytics events. Advertising and Google Signals are disabled.

Optional market charts: TradingView embeds contact TradingView and its providers when enabled. They receive technical request data and may use cookies or storage according to their own policy. You can enable charts independently of analytics. Public Bitcoin fee data is fetched by our server from mempool.space and shared through a cache.

Practice prices are fetched by our server from Forecandle; your account identity is not sent with those requests. Virtual tokens have no monetary value. Account exports include your profile, orders and practice history.

Your choices

Optional services stay off until you enable them. Rejecting them does not prevent account or order access. Change your choices any time using Cookie settings below. Withdrawing consent stops future optional activity and clears accessible first-party Analytics cookies; it does not delete previously collected data or third-party cookies. Your browser can remove other site data.

Providers and disclosure

We use hosting providers for site operation, Google for requested sign-in and consented analytics, TradingView for consented charts, and Braiins for live fulfillment when enabled. Pool/worker settings are sent to the supplier to deliver an order. Bitcoin transactions are public on the Bitcoin network. Providers may process data outside your country. We may disclose data when legally required or necessary to protect the service. We do not sell your account or order information.

Retention and requests

Account and order records remain while needed to provide access, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Analytics event data uses the property’s retention setting. To request access, correction or deletion, contact webmaster@vis.red; we may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. This service is intended for adults.

Your account

You must be an adult legally able to use this service. Use an account you control, keep access secure, and provide accurate order details. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect the service.

Use the Google or Microsoft provider chosen at registration. We do not offer provider linking or automatically merge accounts by email. Authenticator 2FA is optional; once enabled, a code or recovery code is needed for future sign-ins. Keep your recovery codes private.

Current service

The current release is a demonstration. Simulated orders are not purchases and do not accept real Bitcoin. Account creation has no subscription fee. Future paid orders require separate acceptance of the displayed delivery and refund terms. Charts are informational; they are not trading instructions, executable quotes, or a promise of return.

Availability and contact

We may maintain or change features and cannot promise uninterrupted access. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law protects.
